Right of withdrawal or right of return for online purchases
- Cooling-off period: You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the glasses. You may therefore return the glasses within 14 days of receipt.
- Product assessment: You may try on and test the product, but only to the extent necessary to assess it. The seal bearing the text “New Optics,” attached around the nose bridge, must not be removed or cut. Once the seal is broken, the products cannot be returned.
- Registering a return: You can request a return by sending an email to admin@newoptics.be. Please include the following details: the name and address used for the order, your phone number, and the IBAN account number (including the account holder’s name) where you would like to receive the refund.
- Returns: Please send the glasses you wish to return in sturdy packaging, handling them with due care. Send them—including the case and all accessories—to New Optics NV, Haachtsebaan 26, 3140 Keerbergen, Belgium.
- Evaluation of the return: If the product is returned and shows visible damage or wear, New Optics will charge for such damage. Only the residual value, if any, will be refunded. No refund will be issued if the seal has been broken.
- Refund: If the glasses and the seal are intact, the purchase price—including any shipping costs charged—will be refunded.
- Return costs: Return costs are not reimbursed.
